Make sure all three finder patterns are visible, the image is sharp enough, and the file is JPG/PNG/WebP. Convert HEIC with an image converter first. This tool does not read 1D barcodes.
Phone cameras work for physical QR codes in front of you, but not for QR codes inside another screen. This tool reads captures and pasted images, and lists multiple results together.
